Refunds & Cancellations

1. Entry Fees

  • Once an entry is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where legally required (e.g., duplicate/fraudulent entry, technical error).

2. Competition Cancellation

    • If a competition is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (excluding the minimum ticket threshold not being reached), all entrants will be refunded in full within 14 days via the original payment method.
    • Competitions that do not reach the minimum ticket threshold will not run, and no prizes are awarded. Ticket purchases will not be refunded, as stated in our T&Cs.

3. Payment Issues

  • If your payment fails or is disputed, your entry will be void.

4. Exceptional Refunds

  • In exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or technical errors, refunds may be issued.
  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at admin@cashforchances.co.uk.

5. Legal Compliance

  • All refunds will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law and our payment processor policies.
